Searching for a nice looking 3" MUFFLER

I'm looking for a 3" straight through muffler but not a salad shooting fart can. I would prefer something a little more classy than stock. Something like this:

I already have a full TBE so I'm only looking for the muffler. I'm making the change because I don't like the angled exiting appearance of my current muffler with the JDM rear bumper. I want something cleaner looking and less rice like.

Please post links to suggested replacements. Thanks in advance.

You could just change the tip man. I'm failry sure that magnaflow tip in the picture can be ordered as just a tip. Just take it to a good shop and have them cut off the existing tip and weld on the new one.

I had some prototype catbacks made up a long time ago and the tip in your picture is the one I was going to use on the production units. Magnaflow has a whole catalog of tips.

I'm looking for a muffler only and $200 is about as crazy as I would go for a muffler as thats all I paid for the entire TBE!!!

I found a magnaflow for $137: http://www.bestsourceparts.com/shop/...ubstring=14835

I think Buschur Racing has a muffler similar to that.

I've already ordered the Magnaflow for $137.

http://www.bestsourceparts.com/shop/...ubstring=14835

I think that will look much better than an angled coffee can honda looking exhaust.
It should look alot like the COBB which I think is very fitting and elegant.

^ I got some bad new for you the reason I linked you to the other magnaflow muffler is because it fits on our cars. The one you just ordered is too long and you will have to cut the tip off to get it to fit under the car with out it hitting the rear suspension and bumber. Here is a pic so you get a better idea.

^^^This one fits tightly with just the 4 inch tip length, let alone the one you just ordered with the 7 inch tip length. The reason I know it will not work is because my buddy ordered that same one you did and the exhaust shop had to cut the nice tip off where it says magnaflow by a couple of inches. Now if you plan to run it out at an angle you will be ok, but that would not look as clean as running it straight out. Also by the way you can get the above linked muffler for around the same price you paid for the other one at summitracing.com
