more drag race type folks have tried to race me when i was wingless vs wing-ed. irony. the more sleeper the look, the more traditional drag race folks will notice.

just took my wing off a few days ago. adjusting to the look. I definitely dont think it looks bad. And it is way nice being able to see out of the back window for once. But I definitely dont think it will stay off forever, just need to get a second trunk lid already

I like both looks, wingless, and wing'd.... sometimes I wish I had two trunks, because I know that I would want to go back and forth so many times.....

Cops will be cops, everyone is different, everyone is an actual real person, they have bad days and they get frustrated at all the idots they have to deal with. My buddy is a cop and some of this stories are absolutely LOL funny. Ppl in general are idots <--- this is a fact, deal with it. Of course a wing is an eye catcher, its an obstruction protruding out of your vehicle.... but that doesn't mean it makes you get more tickets and it doesn't mean not having one will get you less...... dealing with cops is like playing russian roulet...
Driving less like an idot will get you less tickets, thats a fact we can all agree on.

No wing and I love it that way. If it was not so loud, I think it would be way more sleeper.

Wingless is good, though the loud exhaust seemed to net the most law enforcement attention.

why get an evo if you want a "sleeper" car that doesn't get "attention" ?

The wing is the first thing grabs the most attention! From distance it screams, "LOOK AT ME", but there is no infraction there. The loud exhaust is where the infraction comes into play (atleast here in WA). Good luck on the last sentence of the RCW!

RCW 46.37.390
(3) No person shall modify the exhaust system of a motor vehicle in a manner which will amplify or increase the noise emitted by the engine of such vehicle above that emitted by the muffler originally installed on the vehicle, and it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a motor vehicle not equipped as required by this subsection, or which has been amplified as prohibited by this subsection. A court may dismiss an infraction notice for a violation of this subsection if there is reasonable grounds to believe that the vehicle was not operated in violation of this subsection.

to fill the holes

i'm going to fill the hole with fiberglass, but i've been contemplating on the idea of re-postioning the atenna, i want to tear it off the top, and wire it through one of the holes left from the wing,
