Yeah I know that would be nice.... my own personal skid pan to play on. In reality I don't think I will find one.

On a side note those curbs are like magnets and you slide a long way on icy tarmac.

How warm is it in Miami right now? It's 3 degrees F over here.

Only messing.

Nah I'm not going to file a claim. My excess is $500 and I don't want a claim against me. I should be able to fix it with the parts I ordered. The parts should come on Tuesday so I should be able to get her up and running later on that day. Knock on wood.

What do you think... a 2 hour job to replace all the hub, any bent control arms and strut? I hope those bolts free up OK. I might try and borrow my friends air tools. It's damn cold outside right now and I'm not looking forward to it I really hope it doesn't snow on Tuesday!!

ha nearly as bad as mine..but my curb actually totaled my car 06 mr. hit the curb at about 50-60 and completely did away with the driver side rear suspension...bilstein shock broke in half, spring went somewhere i couldnt find it, the big aluminum member that holds rear end and rods to the body broke, broke cv shaft, dented the gas tank (jus filled it too) and put a diamond in the chassis to where the driver side door wouldnt open or close anymore..$27000+ estimate for repairs and there were still unknown damages not factored all bad

I'd assume the diff is fine, it takes ALOT to destroy the bearings and axels.

Rear wheel steering, thats nice. Don't worry it will buff right out.

On a more serious note....glad you're fine and that should be a fairly easy fix.

Nooooo.....

I was implying that it looked like you now had 4WS.

Cheers man!

Well on a brighter note I should have a "How to fix the rear suspension after curb collision" thread for all you guys.

The best advice is to stay away from the curbs though... they are the Evo's enemy grrr
