up and down idle

Recently, my car has been idling between 1400 and 1800 rpm. Only happens when I stop and car is in neutral. No vac or boost leaks either. Anyone ever have this type of problem? I've searched and read idle problems like rpms dropping, stalling but never up and down. I recently got gsc 272 cams installed and car runs great. Only problem is idling at stoplights.

Hmm well because I don't know the answer, I'm going to stab in the dark with some questions so that maybe people get a more descriptive idea of whats going on.

Is the idle rough as in it sounds like its lobing through it, like a car would that has cams?

blop blop blop blop type of thing (haha make fun of me, but i think it sounds like that)

Or is it more of a rev up to 1800 then falls down to 1400, again and again when you're stopped?

I hope your question gets answered!

using an MR crushed bov. The cams do sound lopey but I guess its normal for 272's. maybe if the rpms are below 1000 it would sound like blop blop blop blop. Its more of a rev up to 1800 and down to 1400. My tuner(Sean Ivey) said it's the iac controller that needs to be replaced so I'm taking his word for that. Going to see him next Sat.

i have the same idling problem in my car. cept its bone stock. when im at a light in neutral my rpms will jump up to 1500, or drop down to about 800..like the cars about to bogg out and stall. doesnt happen everytime, but often enough.

a p0507 indicates too high an rpm at idle right? That could also mean my iac motor is on its way out or should adjusting idle screw(i've never done this yet and don't know where the screw is) fix it? In regards to p0134, how do you tell if its the front or rear 02 sensor thats causing it?
