And 4WS: Unless I am mistaken not all states have tax benefits on trade-ins, and I know they are not always as good. BUT if NH has the tax break 4WS speaks of, that would mean the 27.5-22 = 5.5k, right? Plus, I'd say at least 1.5k more saved from the tax break (probably more) so really you come out with 4.5k as the total owed... Plus, the 23 you owe on your car, which... makes it a good idea to have backed out. Being upside down on the car with a trade-in is never a good idea unless you are upside down and trade it in for a cheaper car (i.e. 22k for your Evo, you owe 23k, you buy a 15k civic, you now only owe 16k)

I know i went into that place and walked out. They just handled everything really awkwardly.I was looking at this one in lowell but the price seems kind of high.

I actually put a deposit down on a car which ended in me putting a charge dispute through my credit card after they never refunded me the money AND after they already sold the car when they had my deposit. I will never do business with them again.

Wow that's horrible, defiantly doesn't sound like a place to do real business with.
