Cracked sparkplug cover

I just bought my 06 Evo few months ago and just noticed the other day that the sparkplug has a crack in it. Does this should be covered by the waranty??

The dealer may warranty it.You may just try to find a used one and save yourself the trouble.

Appreciate the input from everyone. I guess I just might get the ARC and call it a day like "evo8nyc" said.
Wonder what causes this though since there many of them out there like this.

Common for the IX's. It is under warranty - unless you touch it with a screwdriver.
