Here is the sound, don't know if you can hear the increase in volume....along with that strange rattle noise that wasnt there before, haha. Anyways, Hope you guys/girls can possibly help me out.

I saw no visible cracks or anything, maybe im blind.

I think he's talking about the clunking sound after he shifts at 4.5k and it drops down to 3k.. maybe check to see if everything is secured.. sounds like something is loose or not secured properly

but i read liek 3 post with this same exact thing this week...i think the last guy said it was at 2800..i'll try to find it..

but i think also one of them said there was a crack at one of the flanges where cat meets mid pipe....get under there and inspec bro!

Either you have an exhaust leak at the flanges (bad gasket)

or

I think the muffler is not doing its job muffling the noise. Possibly the material inside fell apart/blew off.

That would be my guess. It also sounds like somethings rattling. Make sure everythings secure.

yeah, everything is secure, got underneath. Think buying a new exhaust would fix it? (im buying one anyways, just wanted to know) any reccomendations for exhaust under 800 bucks? Yeah, im cheap XD

when under the car have you pinpointed the rattle yet?? while havin someone rev to 2.9k....but personally i'd check the for sale threads first, people are always selling an exhaust for alot cheaper than retail.
