Debadging the Evo

^ I suppose the Evolution MR emblem is alright to keep because it's at least black and red, so it doesn't look too bad.
I'm still all about going all clean other than the Mitsu emblem.

+1. I just kept the Mitsu emblem. Especially since I have an VIII and the front one is a bit recessed. So, since I was leaving the front, the back had to stay. If I had a IX, I would have removed them all.

Go with the Blu one . If it is really stock and not put back to stock. Have the dealership look at it befor you buy it and ask them to look and see if tranny or engine has been removed.Buying a heavily modded car might be fun, but it might start to have problems and that will cost you.

Anyone have any pictures of the trunk completely shaven (including keyhole, preferably white IX)? I did it on my '92 Integra and it looks real clean! Just wondering what it would look like on the Evo... Thanks

I took off most of my badges the day I got the car - I only left the Mitsu logo on the front and the back. I think it looks great without the other badges.

"Makes the car look unattractive?" That double-negative threw me off, lol...
I Think it's just a matter of preference and makes your car look different. It's like people with smoke tints, rims or carbon fiber hood etc. It makes your car stand out. I don't know where the trend started.
On my old 04 Lancer ES I debadged the rear and relocated 'Lancer' where the is.
My Evo IX has the 'Lancer Evolution' debadged and just the . I guess it's just the non-oem look people are attracted to.
