For a pretty long time I was running my car with a stock catback, 3" downpipe and 3" testpipe... The gains from a catback arent huge and I'm a big fan of keeping things quiet. With your mods you wont notice more than a 5-10whp loss putting a stock catback on. Cheers!
I've been pinged for tint as well. Normally they issue fix it tickets which is fine wit me. I actually purchased an extra set of glass for my car. I simply switch the windows and go get checked off. Same goes for the exhaust and front plate. Now if they were fines and do not require any corrective action then go to the pretrial, make a deal with the assistant DA, and be on your merry way.
In some states you can claim sensitivity to the sun. Have a doctor write you a medical note recommending window tint. That normally works.

LOL funny you say that... I was able to get to my eye doctor to write a note for me, then I took it to the court house to get it on my record. They gave me a paper i keep with my registration to permits me to have limo tint. I hate when people look into the car, I'm always worried someone will break in thinking theres something expensive and find nothing except a couple gauges that are cheapies worth nothing...
... but its a little louder than stock.

u can try the APEXi Noir catback. it also comes painted flat black for that ultimate factory look. it may not have as much power as others but its a fair compromise between performance and exhaust noise.
VA cops suck!

your most likley going to lose. I have 2 of the same tickets, and the judge said the officer used his discrestion and dont have to prove it, and the judge is right. But goodluck.
