Looking for Quieter Exhaust.

Yesterday I got pulled for my tint being too dark, then I got one for my loud exhaust (Buschur TBE w/ Race Muffler), and for no front license plate. Ironically enough, I had driven through a horde of cops who at the time were trying to catch a wanted fellon in my neighborhood and one of them, got back in their car and decided to pull me over because of this. Which brings me to my topic, now mind you I have already did a search for "quiet exhaust" and I do apologize for a repost. I would like to know what you all would do? I noticed some post saying fight it, because the officer did nothing to prove that my exhaust was "illegal". He pulled me over at like slightly over 2K rpm, which is pretty quiet. Or would you find a quieter exhaust system, if so, any suggestions?

Personally, I would buy a Bullet muffler form BR and have an exhaust shop weld it in. If your not running a cat it should fit right in the area the cat should be.

I would try and fight it! As far as other exhausts the JUN B. L is very nice with moderate sound levels. With a 3" cat I doubt you will get noticed

Also no disrespect to PPI, but I have a JUN BL, It is 3" with no resonators, It's not the exhaust you want if quiet is your goal. 2 Bullet mufflers should still do the trick and sacrafice very little power.

Ultimate stealth is a stock exhaust and no wing. My RS hardly gets any attention and blends in very well, even accelerating at full throttle.

And also has lower hp and much much less downforce!

My Injen was really quiet but there are a lot more options out there now than before, I've heard a lot of people say the COBB one is pretty quiet.

But fight the ticket, then get a new exhaust. The cop didn't prove it, but he may have been right, and you might as well be a little stealthier if you pissed a cop off that much.

As a side note, same thing happend to me driving past an accident in our S2000 once, 4 or 5 cops, and the motorcycle cop decided to get on and pull me over and tell me he "didn't appreciate the noise level while they were working, and that he knows the car is fast but I didn't have to drive it so loudly" I laughed as I drove off... Its a Honda that revs to 9k with a straight back exhaust (had a high flow cat) and a supercharger, wtf do you want me to do, drive around in 6th?
