momo steering wheel issues?

Thumbs down momo steering wheel issues?

has anyone had any steering wheel problems? I have an Evo IX MR momo steering wheel that is falling apart.

I had issues with mine. it was like it was finished completly. the seam at the bottom was split and the little pastic caps on the stems werent there. dealer replaced it under warranty.

Yeah. the leather in the bottom where it comes together is peeling off. I just try not to rub on it. One of my buddies that used to work fixing car interiors is going to try to fix it, other than that it is fine.

whoa no problem so far. try not to grab it sooo tight when you guys are WOT. j/k I occasionally use leather cleaner on it when I do the interior of my car and its fine for now.

Had mine replaced yesterday through warranty. Had a small crack at the 3oclock section.

im having problems right now with mine. might see if the dealer will cover it under warrenty. they have been good to me since i started taking it to them.


UPDATE The dealer covered my steering wheel under warenty. and i have a 04 VIII

I have absolutely no issues with my momo wheel.
Its 5 years/ 51k miles old.

Absolutely no wear or anything other than perfect.

I have a little part of the leather on the inside of the 3 o' clock position starting to separate at the seams. 27K miles, but besides that, all the wheel really needs is for me to clean it. I sometimes neglect the interior bits.

the only problem i have had is the little plastic piece on the bottom always fell out. i still havent got around to gluing it. as long as the wheel doesn't fall off.
