Because he might not have the requirements needed to go the speed he is planning on going lol....Probably a fire suit...cause Im sure he has a helmet or maybe they may need a roll cage

After a certain speed I believe its 100 MPH you need helmet 120 you need helmet and fire suit and I think 150 or 160 you need roll cage. Correct me if Im wrong or tell me if I am close.......I used to video for a friend in florida.....One night he accidently hit 120 with out a fire suit and he was kicked out witthout warnings....he was pissed. He said....How the hell could I have known I would have hit 120 lol......on a Stock turbo lol.....Live an learn HAHA....

You guys really wanna know what happend 
Set my 2 step to 7000rpm because It was bogging out at 6700rpm went to launch half way of letting the clutch out I heard a snap.
The result of launching a 700awhp evo with a so called up graded transfercase after taking it apart found out the transfercase was stock and not up graded to my surprise after paying a shop 1700 bucks and no it wasnt AMS that did it
