Now this is a something I rarely see on the boards.. 20 psi, stock 8 turbo 9.8 hotside. This is my car.
Dont know what cams are in it.
APS turbo back exhaust minus o2 housing.
Injen upper IC pipe and charge pipe.

I love the spool, about 3300 full boost

I don't know! I have more mods and I only pulled 289WHP@264WTQ.
Is this all tune? Either that or you have some big *** cams in that.
I have 10.5 hotside, muse ported manifold, megan o2 house, 3in Full TBE, Fuel pump 255, UICP, LICP, Injen Intake, Stock IC, Nine Recirc BOV, and a minor boost leak HAHA and tuned at 25PSI Full peak boost at 3800 consistently, tappered to 22psi at around 6-7rpms randomly by CBRD. And all I got was 289.

get some cams, injectors and take a drive down to iveytune... im running 1psi less (24-21) and I got 370whp on my evo8

Here is my contribution to the thread:
Current mods are:
HKS Drop in filter
Walbro fuel pump
AMS LICP
AMS FMIC
AMS TBE with test pipe
Greddy Profec B Spec II (set at 22-23psi)
PTE 680cc injectors
Kelford MIVEC 272 cams
Tuned by Chris at AMS
Peak numbers are 326whp and 331ft-lbs of torque
The car pulls really nice right from the get go, yesterday I went to the track for the first time since the cams and retune and I was able to trap 114 and 113 mph multiple times, my driving wasn't consistent or good by any means so I was unable to get into the 11 second club. The car might still have a bit more left in it, might look into improving the power numbers in the future.
Below is my dyno chart which compares my current power levels versus what I had last year, when I didn't have the FMIC, the injectors, the cams and EBC because I had a Hallman.
For reference my best time last year 12.21 @111.9 with a 1.705 60ft.

after getting left behind by a couple of IX's at a meet last night i'm thinking of getting a set of cams. my tune is two years old and probablly all messed up so im assuming with a new tune and cams my VIII should run pretty good.

yea... i pretty much have the same mods as you but the hks 280 and injectors dont think it will give you the 80whp difference that we have. that boost leak you mentioned is really hurting your power. I also managed 360whp at only 20psi. You should see where the leak is coming from and then re-tune it with the cams/injectors. Also, Iveytune is also the $H*T... lol

his numbers were on cbrd's mustang dyno. it reads very low. for reference on how low they read i put down 291/265 and i ran 12.0 @ 114 . i havent run yet since i got an o2 dump and retune which i put me @ 315/295.
