The stock clutch held up until about 365whp for me then when I made the switch to E85 I went with an ACT extreme clutch and prolite flywheel.
No. I'm on the stock turbo with a walbro 255 and preciesion 1000's and at 29 psi my IDC's are at about 80%, maybe a little more. With the Red you will need 1000cc inj and a dual walbro pump, or perhaps a single walbro and much bigger injectors. E85 is very demanding on the injectors when compared to race gas or pump gas(91-93).

this thread has good INFO for all those people that keep stock TURBO and want to see what it does with Basic Bolt-ons.... and even with rebuilding heads/blocks on STOCK TURBO!!

My car used to do 320whp/stock turbo, mods 255lph fuel pump, 3" exhaust, K&N intake,HKS DLI II Igniton amp, obx intercooler+piping and a good tune up(stock ecu,transmision,body,engine)
