Help! '06 Evo IX SE Price???

That price seems to be average, at least for what the IX's are going for in my area (CA, SF Bay Area). I've been watching Craiglist and Autotrader for a little while and it seems every IX is in the 27k-29.5k range with 15-25k miles. I ended up buying an SE with 15k miles a couple weeks ago for $27k.

hmmm 27k-29.5k......... im trying to sell my evo as well.. gonna do a dyno pull before i put it up for sale.. i was thinking of selling mine for ab 28k i ve around 23k miles on it....
