You could use a IX pump with a KenneBell Boost-A-Pump which increases voltage to the pump at WOT. This just might satisfy your fuel requirements, depending on the extent of your mods, of course.

I would really think about Pump-Boosters as an option. The over-voltage can cause pump failure which as you could imagine would cause a huge mess, especially during WOT. While that may not be a huge issue for a garage-turbo'd civic. (I usually see these pump boosters with affordable honda turbo-kits) I cant say I would use one myself on any car I cared to keep.

Look into a double pumper set-up with stock pumps.
