fuel pump whine

Is there any other fuel pump to used beside Walbro 255

This Fuel pump is too loud...

Get a louder exaust, turn up the radio, or get an IX pump.

They don't call it a Winebro for nothing.

I always thought my walbro was to quiet. Why upgrade if you dont want the whine?

has anyone tried using an aeromotive fuel pump in there? does aeromotive make a pump that will bolt up back there?

I was also going to call it the Whinebro. I noticed mine when I first got it but I guess I have become used to it because I don't notice it anymore. Just give it some time and you will to.

All the aeromotive pumps I've seen are inline or bolted to the chassis. They are at least twice as loud as the loudest walbro.

yeah mine whines just like everyone elses. After long hard drives its twice as loud. It makes your car sound like a race car. That's why i like it.

LA Boss has a OEM Denso pump that flows 245 LPH. It's expensive, but dead quiet.
