I got the speed source brass from Lancershop.... they work pretty good, feels a lot better... but if I could do it all over again (which I can and probably will) I'd go with Works shifter AND base bushings.
btw, do yourself a favor and do this install on a warm day; lest the stock bushings drive you made being cold fused to the rings they sit in Also, regardless of the material of the bushings you buy, coat the **** with anti-seize before you install it.

^ If you don't feel any trouble at all with shifting during spirited driving... if you like how the shifting feels stock, the bushings are probably not something you need worry about. I did it for the sharper shifting feel. if you can, find someone that already has it installed and ask them if you can just shift it around a couple times while it's parked. You'll know what I'm talking about then.

Check these guys out at http://www.speed-source.net/ I had mines in for over a year or two, still shifts smooth and direct. I recommend all the bushing for under the hood and for the shifter base. Trust me on this.

i got the buschur underhoods on my car, and i like them a lot. they give a lot nicer, more "confident" shifting feel. with a smoother action in to all of the gears.
i believe the BR kit is around 30 some dollars, give or take, for the two bushings.
