You better ask around.

What the hell do I care? Insurance is paying for it. I'm pretty sure i'm not getting ripped off. It's a reputable shop, and I am good friends with a couple of their more frequent customers, and they have had more contact with the shop about the car than I have. So I hardly doubt I'm getting screwed. My homies know how to look out for me.

So maybe it's only the Mitsu. Parts are expensive for Mitsubishi. This I heard before.
Funny thing is, my insureance company (Geico) refused to insure me any more after my 3200 repair. Now I just wonder how much will the insurance be after I get an EVO.
Well, good luck. It doesn't look hat bad anyway.

Apparently, I should get it back this week. They are waiting for the wiring harness for the HIDs. Oh, and about that strut bar, not bent, just scratched up, nothing to worry about.

It's hell, and some of you know. I've been going through serious withdrawal!

1200 for each lamp? Ever thought of changing to the JDM / Euro style Evo 8 lamps? I don't know if it is too late, but......

http://www.machevo.com/jdmheadlamps.html

Get the pair for $600 and call it a day.

Wow that does suck to see a hurt EVO. Shouldn't be any frame damage from what I see. I am amazed these cars passed the stringent bumper standards. There is really nothing heavy up front.

Sucks seeing a body shop buy all those parts new. when I could have supplied two month old parts for big savings. Guess I need to visit all my local dealers with a list of my mint EVO used parts.

did you consider a cf hood upgrade? it might have been cheaper or at worst the same price as oem. if your getting it back soon, guess it won't matter.
