Orbital still in business?

I was wondering if Orbital is still in business. I ordered the lower HVAC relocation from them a couple of weeks ago and never received a confirmation or any sort of acknowledgement that they received my order. I tried pm'ing them on this forum, but there pm box has been full for weeks. I also tried to email them on their site but have not received a response. Are they still up and running??
Please let me know if u have any info.

I ordered the whole kit online through their website and shipment to 90640 states 3 days UPS ground shipping.

I have the confirmation order# but no tracking#. Today is the 3rd day. I hope it comes in.

im pretty sure they're still on backorder. it's really hard to get a hold of them, but they'll reply sooner or later. i had to contact them to cancel my V2 Preorder ticket and it took them 2 weeks to finally respond and give me a refund.

thanks for the heads up. i might just cancel my order. isn't there someone else in the forums manufacturing/selling a double din set-up? someone was talking about doing a carbon fiber unit but they need an original orbital for a mold.

how did they contact u, by pm, email or phone? i tried all three methods, and none of them are working.

it seems like they're eager to go, then nothing. thats the only reason i havent ordered.

I have the first product and I am not really happy with the product. Well, It's better than nothing.

I hope that V2 is a better product and close to the OEM Plastic.

Rich, I still believe that V2 is going to be better or at least I am hoping it's going to be better.

wow....shoddy customer service to the point that people are wondering if the company is even in business, long delays, disappointing product.....and all for the low, low price of $295?! Where can I sign up! haha!
