Need Feedbacks on Insurance

I am seeking for feedbacks from evom members with experience in services/claims with Liberty Mutual Auto Insurance. Of course, I searched before making this thread but to no avail.

My insurance policy will expire 3 weeks from now so I am currently getting quotes from different companies looking for best rate. Liberty Mutual quoted me the lowest with a difference of $700 to $800 ($250 deductible) for 6 months for 3 cars compared to quotes that State Farm, Progressive, AIG and AllState gave me. It is a difference of more $100 per month! Liberty Mutual's rate is so low that it made me wonder what kind of service would I get especially when it comes to (just in case) claims.

Feedbacks please...

Thanks.

Thanks for all the replies.

I'll be getting more rate quotes tomorrow. I'm just curious as to what kind of services Liberty Mutual clients get considering their rate is way too low than other companies. It might be a PITA to make claims and such compared to companies that have higher rates. I mean, most of the times good service doesn't come cheap.
