I'm leaning towards the buschur head with the BF272's in it. Just gotta take the time to take the head off of the car. then schedule a retune. will be kinda expensive since I have to buy the headwork + cams AND also get a retune. prolly would end up needing bigger injectors too. I'm using 1000cc's right now But I guess I gotta pay to play lol

you should go with a tried and tested setup....
AMS.
They ran that setup on their time attack car all season no problems.

yeah I'm the same way. It doesnt bother me to buy parts from different shops. sometimes another shop offers a better price or the quality might be better
but between the head AMS and Buschur offer it doesnt seem like quality is an issue. they are both quality. it just seems like Buschur has the better price tag which is why I'm going with them

I am not going to go back and look but if I didn't say it already I'll say it now, you aren't going to go wrong with a head from us OR AMS. Both extremely high quality parts.
As for the comment about going a year on a cylinder head, that shouldn't be considered much of an accomplishment on ANYONE's part. Going 10 years might be worth mentioning on a cylinder head.

does anyone know if the buschur stage 3 head includes new lifters??? Because I took the stock lifters out when I shipped my head to buschurs. just don't really know if he'll need them or not.

No our heads to not come with lifters, rockers or cams. You do need your old parts. Be sure to soak them in some solvent to get them good and clean and also be sure to collapse them before installing them, they should be able to be compressed with your fingers, they will feel "springy".
