RPMs rise when brake is depressed
Only happens when it rains. Looked in the engine bay and everything is dry. They rise anywhere from 2500-2800. Idles around 1000-1100. All ACD lights are lit, and I the service engine soon light is on. When I press the ACD button nothing happens.
Upon first strat up only the tarmac one is lit, and the snow one is BARELY lit, but when I press the brake and the rpms rise the light goes completely out.

Sorry for the crappy pics (tried the macro..) but here is what I saw.

Yea man they dont look too bad. But your definately getting a short somewhere. Try taking those connectors that are still in the Junction Block out through the rear of the block just pry the tabs and they pull out the rear,
Look at where the wires go into the actual plug you just pulled out. Any Corrosion? Try tugging gently on each wire as water gets on the wires and they short they will become really brittle and break
Let Us know. I'll look for the schematic for an ACD equipped EVO since I dont own one and try to pinpoint any other trouble spots
