Need help with AEM Wideband datalog

Ok, I got my RS232 Female connector made and also got the RS232-to-USB 2.0 adapter. Here's what I did. According to the instruction manual from AEM:

Light blue wire - Serial output data
White wire - Analog output data

The blue wire is suppose to go to pin#2
The white wire is suppose to go to pin#5

Downloaded Serial-to-USB driver and installed. Test logging and got a file that ends in .aew extension. Am I doing something wrong?

Never mind. I think I found the answer. I believe the answer is to ground pin #5. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe you're right, it's been a while since I made my cable.
