Where to get?: RalliArt Trunk Mat>>>
#16
The one in the link I provided is a real Ralliart trunk mat. It carries a Mitsubishi part number and comes from one of the most reputable OEM parts sellers I know on this forum. Take it for what it's worth but I feel that RusselM is going to get you the best part for your dollar when you HAVE to have OEM parts.

A heads up though. The one in the link is specifically for the 08 up Lancer/Ralliart and will NOT fit the EVO X. Im not 100% sure but if the VIII's & IX's carry the same trunk dimensions as the Lancers of the same years then I can get you a Ralliart trunk mat. I honestly dont know if they are the same, but I will look into it for you.

Perhaps you can explain why it looks nothing like the actual Ralliart mat. Look at your trunk and then look at the contours of that mat. It doesn't look like it fits perfectly, unlike the real thing, does it? Why stop there? Look at the Works mat, as well. Hell, even the edges on that mat aren't straight, unlike the trunk. I'd be happy to post a pic of the real thing, taken out of the trunk, if the vendor will do the same. Deal? Too, it costs 1/3 as much as the Ralliart. It's a hell of a price if it's real, so let's compare the two. The ball is in your court.
Like it's way too hard to make-up a part number that looks legitimate. Just look at it next to the Ralliart. Sheesh!
So what? Pics don't lie.
You'll have to forgive me for not being a religious man.

Why bother, as the car, itself, is totally different? Regardless, I'll post a pic and if you do the same we can compare them. If you'd like to save yourself the trouble, they're nothing alike for the reason stated above. Still, I'm willing to compare them if you are.

RusselM please get some pictures up of what you can provide the community (Evo8/9 ralliart trunk mat). What FJF has is what I'm after, and if it's what you can get, you'll have, at the very least, my business.
ps. FJF can you please post a pic of what the mat looks like outside of the car for reference to many inquiring minds. Thanks!
pps. what IS your name. lol, quoting "FJF" gets redundant :P.

No problem. Here is the CT9A Ralliart mat next to the other product. Do they look the same?

All I sell is OEM Parts...I do not make up part numbers. I believe most members of this community are aware that I do not sell 'replica' parts.
Regardless I will do my best to help you guys out. I just sold one of these trunk mats to someone so I may phone them and ask.

Perhaps you were missing my point in my explanation or maybe I confused you.
I was referring to the fact that there was an 04-06 Lancer Ralliart (I think those years are right) and there is a trunk mat for that vehicle that is specifically for the Ralliart.
I do not sell many parts for the older RA's so pardon me for claiming ignorance on the subject. I will try my best to find out what it looks like and if it will fit the CT9A's.
Regardless I will do my best to help you guys out.

I found the mats on LancerRegister.com and after the overseas shipping, the tax that you have to pay for it and the cost of the Trunk Mat itself it ended up being a little over $175 USD. Not sure if that's worth it but we shall see if RussellM can get them. Just for everyone to make sure it's the same (it seems that pictures are the only thing that people believe) Check this link out and look at the fourth item from the bottom:

If that's what you call getting to the truth. There are lots of folks who'd like to buy the product; they just want t the real thing.
That's hardy the point. BTW, it's a trunk mat, not a floor mat. At the risk of stating the brutally obvious, it may be beneficial if you knew what the topic was about.
It's just floor mats. lol.
