my first mod
nothing special but after 3months I have finally got around to doing something for my car.
I put on a buschur intake cone, took longer than the 20mins it said it would much in part to not having the right tools but it always feels better doing something yourself.
If anyone can help on this though, does anyone have a pic of when the L bracket goes that supports the intake, i know it mounts up to one of the holes that previously held the stock intake box/bracket but couldnt figure out where.
also I can get a used down pipe and highflow cat (buschur) for around $200, as i wont be ablto put it on myself is it still worth buying till i have $to get it put on and maybe a tune?

I think that if that's all you have, it's not worth the tune yet but if you do have the time, PM Tamer at 4WS or email autounionag@aol.com. He's very reasonable comparing to other places. I am almost done with my tune by him and I can definitely feel the difference after the tune.

there should be 4 small studs on the intake, if I can remember, and the bracket mounts under one of the nuts. Before the tune get the downpipe/HFC. Do you have a MBC? I'd definitely get that before a tune.
