Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn. Damn.

Bad decision guys. My 2003 evo was getting old & I figured it was time to part with it. The fading red paint had me really concerned, so I traded it in on a 2004 Corvette Commemorative Edition. I really like the Vette alot, but after a couple days of owning it, my mind has drastically changed, and im not sure why.

I think that I am moreso interested in trading the Vette for an EVO9 at this point. I want White in particular. Overall, the evo is just more fun to drive. The vette is a nice daily, but thats all!

I will also so, because im sure this will get brought up... but I traded REAL well on this vette . If I sold private party, im $3k in positive equity, vs. only $1k in negative equity if I traded this in.

Go for the 9, you won't regret it like you do the vette.

Come home lost soul, come home!

An IX will kill your VIII and a vette with a few mods, you will be happy you did it!

both are great cars...glad to see you returning to the evo though.

I drove a new 08' Z06 and would love to have one over my IX, the price is out of this world i mean for that price i will just keep and mod my evo, oh and buy a DD!

the Z06 is a nice car but for almost 80k GM your out of your F^&*ing mind!

good luck

One thing I hate about the vette is the cheap plastic everywhere. I just took the car in for service today and havent even owned it one full week yet! The climate control display already went out. WTF! The bill was $417, but thankfully, it was covered under the warranty.

Only on this forum will I see people driving a car that basically shares an interior with a $15k economy car complain about the interiors of Corvettes The C5 interior obviously leaves much to be desired by today's standards, but to be fair that design is over 10 years old...hence the C6.

Just trade it for a X. Tons of potential in the X.
