Well around my area its called Pure Air or something like that. I think there are several variations of it but you alway spray it directly into the hvac vents. It should be availiable at most auto stores.

I gotta check that out - because that smell get's funky at time. It'll only kill the mildew right? not the driver? - lol.

Yeah it only kills the junk inside the vents, unless you happen to have the can aimed the wrong way when you are spraying it. I'm not sure how a facefull of that stuff would be. Maybe it will kill the common nose fungus and clear up your sinuses too.
