i'm looking at a mint silver 04 with leather, infinity stereo and 24k miles. They are asking 23,900. I offered him 21,500 last night, we will see what happens.

not true, people looking for Evos want performance not mileage. Suvs have lost 20% value in the last year because of gas prices but Evos are holding steady. For a high performance car the mileage is pretty good.

For a car that gets around 300 hp stock, and still gets over 20 MPG, thats pretty damn good. I just laugh at the people that fill up thier tanks for two times as much as me and only get about 70 hp more from a V-8.

But then again, my car isn't stock anymore, and I still make as much hp as a V-8 and still have my 20+ MPG. I win. V-8's lose. (^_^)

Most people are just under the impression that "High HP = Gas Guzzler", for the Evo, that isn't the case.... unless you did fuel management and delivery upgrades. *shrug* Even still, we get high teens MPGs.

^ most "V-8's" get really good has mileage puttering around town. My friends f body does 90 at 2.5k in 6th. He commutes everyday on the highway and mops up a smooth 31 mpg averaging 70.

I like the look of the new 08 MR, especially with the aero package.
that car is hot.

performance is the only problem.

what i noticed most newbies don't look at the 1/4 mile times, they look at the 0-60 time, either way the 8 & 9 is faster
