I am sure there are used X’s already.
People get them and realize they cannot afford them or do not like them. They turn around and sell for what they owe on it. Others might have bought the car cannot afford it or lose their income and the bank comes to get it.
Either way the X has been on the market nearly a year so I would expect there to be a few used on the market. I would not say that they have not been beaten on though. But then again I think a lot of Evos have been beaten a time or two.
I think most are probably people who decided the X was not what they were hoping it would be compared to other cars on the market.

went to the dealer for service this last Saturday, they told me they'll give me 30k for my EVO.
he said he has a bunch of guys looking for stock EVO's, i said no thanks.
also he mentioned that even a Corvette from the same year doesn't hold the value like my car does

lol there's an 05 STi at a used car dealership here in town and they want $25k for it. It's got like 53k miles or something, smells like smoke on the inside with the grey wheels, and completely stock... I would pay maybe $20k for it tops... I just don't like the STi's in comparison to the Evo's, especially since they don't come with leather seats... definite no, no in my book for any sports car lol.
I got my 2004 SSL Evo 8 with 50k miles, and a few basic bolt ons like exhaust, dp, injectors, fuel pump, boost controller, safc2, uicp with a tial bov for $19.5k.. figured that was a pretty good deal.
