wow, with all the money you are spending, just sell it and buy a new GT-R lol :-) Sorry about your bad luck. I'd be pretty upset too.

Hey man I know how you feel... If I knew this car was going to give me this amount of head aches, I would have never bought her, let alone mod it!

Lol. In my DSM days I had every single potential problem hit me. Tcase lockup, crankwalk, balljoint, trans, etc. I still love those cars and if my wife would let me I'd own one. The Evo is a far more reliable platform, but like any car there comes a risk with modding and driving it hard.

alot of people don't have the expertise to drive these cars. there was a guy in AZ who burned thru his clutch b4 he did his 1st oil change!!! then he built a 700whp car which made it into a mag but it never ran down a track or on a dyno cuz everytime he turned it on it would overheat. the "high HP evo with no track time or timeslips broken back down to stock & sold" seems to b real popular in AZ...

I think it all has to do with how badly the owner's significant other talks about the car . Every time my wife complains about how much the car costs, something goes wrong

It was made on a Friday. I'll take it, we can even trade if you'd like and I'll still pay for the OZ

having problems is the name of the game. Modifications won't be as reliable as stock. But the performance aspect of modifications deffinitely make it worth it.
