water mark

i had the sprinklers watering the grass and when done i noticed that the car had water marks and i thought it could come off with a wash. so i began to wash the car and the water stains would not come of the paint and the windows. now my question is, is there anything that i can buy at a local auto parts store that will remove the water marks? thanks

try a light rubbing compound maybe? I'd claybar/wax the areas after that again too. Other than that, I don't know...a professional buffing would probably do it too...

There is this stuff called MX-7. Its a water spot remover for paint and glass...Supposedly works wonders...I have yet to use it as I don't have any nasty water marks just yet...

But yea, try the clay bar first...That may do the trick!
