update
check your cam timing i'll bet the intake cam is off a tooth seen this last month on an 03 same deal loopy idle intermittintly also to check for leaky inj. use brake clean and spray at the tops and bottoms of the inj. if the idle changes then its leaking it will speed up and smooth out.

Took my car to the shop yesterday and stopped by today. It was the timing belt. I just got it put on about 3 months ago. It was loose and looked stretched. Im assuming it was a combo of not changing the tensioner and getting a after market belt.
Before i did the timing belt, i seached on here to see what all i should change. i read 100 post and got 100 different opinions. so i left the water pump and tensioner be, since the motor was more then likey going to be built before 90k.
I cut some corners and now i got to do it all over again.
