Gauge Pod and ProSport Gauges

I purchased the 52mm Dual Gauge A-Pillar pod from Lancershop (full pillar, gray painted) and it fits like crap. The paint is terrible and the gauge holes had to be filed larger. Honestly I couldn't even get the pod to fit. I sent them a PM with no response.

But now I am looking for a 52mm APillar gauge pod, painted gray to match preferably that fits well and looks good. I'd like a dual, but if they only offer triple, that would work. I don't want to be drilling into my stock pillar or anything either. Can you recommend a brand and where I can buy it that does what I need it to do?

Also, how accurate are the Prosport gauges? I boost a 52mm Red Racer boost, and I'm thinking of returning it to get the ProSport 52mm Red/White electric boost w/ peak hold and warning. It will be half the price.

Thanks

You should have done some reading on Lancershop and the quality of their a-pillar gauge holder. Bottom line up front - they are crap. The Prosport gauges are known for being inexpensive but reliable. If I was in the market for more gauges that is what I would be looking at.

I just want to know if the ProSport electric peak/warning gauges are accurate. I have seen both good and bad reviews...

Just go with the mechanical boost gauge. It's cheaper and does the job. I have the amber ProSport gauge and it works fine, and looks good.

http://www.extremepsi.com/store/cust...cat=495&page=1 is the same as this http://www.gaugepods.com/evotripple.jpg. One site says cover, other says it replaces the pillar. I want something that replaces the pillar so I don't have to drill into my stocker. Can anybody shed light?

I had the same A-pillar gauge pod and got real sick of it after a few months. I ended up buying new stock pillar to put back in.

If anyone happens to want it cheap, PM me.
