Has anyone ever ordered from them? I've been ripped off by an online site before so I'm a lot more cautious before I order parts from these places.

im on the UK skyline forums alot and they are notorious for being slow. maybe 2-3 months for orders to ship or arrive. i havent heard anything of ppl being scammed though. also their customer service is sub-par, according to the skyline community.

i'd steer clear unless you are exceedingly patient.

My cousin in Montreal ordered some JDM stuff from them for his GTR. He said the shipping yes takes a good 2 months minimum but the prices are really good. Probably because your getting them practically from the factory but you have to wait.. I think they ship via ship container then to the delivery carrier when they get to the shore which is why it takes so long. If you can wait then go for it.

I live in newzealand and have ordered from them before..
took them 3 weeks to have it sent there.
I think theyoperate from japan so things take a little longer.
but you are surely not going to get ripped of..

Sorry for reviving an old thread but.... I was just told to go elsewhere cause I stated to them that it took to long. And I was looking for a OEM mitsu ring and pinion. They would check with a Mitsu vendor, but a week later i still havent heard ****..

The transfer case ring and pinon? Jacks Transmissions sells them. Most Mitsu dealers/ vendors claim they can't get them.

I know. But I like to hear with several vendors to get more prices. I have 2, soon 3 transfers that need new R&P. Also i the dollar quite high compared to my national currency so shopping in euro is better for me right now. I have sent a mail to JacksTransmission anyway.

Most mitsu vendors claim they cant sell them cause they dont have them. But you can buy the Ralliart ones wich are the same have I read somewhere.

The point was - that they are slow. And when customer points out that things are moving slow, customer get a sour message back that he could take his buisness elsewhere...
