Overheating... Help!

Overheating... Help!
Lets begin with my issue, my car likes to over heat after 10-20 minutes of running. So I checked the coolant levels, added more, burped the system, flushed it and I even removed the thermostat. Well after removing the thermostat, the temp dropped dramatically, but after 20 min the temp started to rise again. And this is driving at 60 MPH, its keeps rising after i slow down and stop, then it will drop once I start driving and raise again. The coolant doesn't have any oil in it, and I don't have coolant in my oil.
Like 2 weeks ago I installed the HTA35R, the slim fan, bigger intercooler w/ pipes, bigger injectors and the DLI II. I don't know what else to do myself. I've tried almost everything. Can anyone help me? Should I take it to a shop?
Oh its a 2003 evo8 with like 95k miles on it. All highway.

You might want to replace the thermostat not remove it. Because the purpose of the thermostat is to give the coolant a break from circulating and let it cool off so it can cool the engine. Removing the thermostat is the same as having a thermostate thats stuck open.

The fan turns on and the thermostat works. I checked the thermostat by boiling some water and checking if it opens, and it does, then I ran it under cool water and it closes. There is also pressure on the radiator hoses when the car warms up. The radiator is not leaking from what I can see.

Edit, saw your post above.
This might sounds dumb, but check to make sure tha fan is blowing the right way...
You can also check to make sure the new IC isnt blocking all flow to the radiator by re-intalling the stock one. PITA, I know. Lastly, you might want to have your WP inspected. Another PITA, but it seems like youve checked out the easy stuff.

did your problems begin only after installing all the new parts?
i had a very similar issue (coolen temp running hot/cold randomly) mine had nothing to do with the coolant, but with the negative battery cable. check to make sure that the negative battery cable is grounded to the chasis. if you are looking at the negative battery cable, youll notice that 6inches from the post the cable has a spot to be grounded to the chassis with a bolt.
hopefully its as simple a fix

that many miles do a full coolant system flush perhaps change rad for new unit. I know that when most think head gasket they think huge problems..I know when a friends head gasket got a few small cracks in it 2 inner cylinders it allowed just enought water into the inner cylinders to raise the temp pretty high but not very fast like you are seeing 15-20 mins..not saying that is it but if doing a complete system check gives you nothing check that.

Make sure that fan is coming on.. Also, put the A/C on MAX and see if both fans go on, also see if the car stops overheating.. Make sure the fan you put in, is pulling air through the radiator, not pushing.
Make sure you hooked up that new fan to the stock fan controller.. I snipped off the stock connector from the fan's harness and spliced it to the new fan.
I'm guessing either you have a car that has a bad fan controller, or the fan is not kicking on for whatever reason. If your engine cools down when your moving, and overheats the most when your stopped, then its pretty likely a fan or the controller, now you just have to narrow down why.
I saw you said it climbs after driving over 60mph, I do know that the stock fans do kick on even when your moving at times, do you still have an under-tray on the car?

After your car has sat and cooled down all the way, check your radiator hoses. If theyre still pressurized you likely have combustion pressure getting into the coolant system. Also a thermostat does not stop coolant flow to cool it down, but to heat it up. By taking it out and it still got hot is not good. X2 on the fan position and intercooler being in the way.

maybe coolant temp sensors above the thermosat housing and the car may not be over heating....
if there is full coolant and you replace your thermosat with a new OEM one....that just maybe the problem..i have done it to my talon already

The fan is pulling the air, as in the air goes to the engine bay. The IC pipe is not in the way, checked that too. As for the negative battery cable, it looks good to me, plus I have the grounding kit too. One other thing I did was pull out the sensor cable, the temperature drops on the gauge, as if it wasn't working, then I hook it back up and the temp on the gauge raises again.
My guess is that i should have the Water pump checked, along with a full system check, see if there is anything else that might cause the problem. I hope its not the head gasket. Pray with me... dear baby Jesus, 9lbs tiny baby Jesus, let it not be the head gasket... LOL

After the engine cools, the radiator hoses are not pressurized at all. I can squeeze them. On the radiator fan, I did clip and respliced it to the original harness. Now I'll check both fans... and forgot to mention that the temp drops once I turn off my AC, but not for long, I have to turn on the heater and it cools down more.... but that sucks in Georgia Summer.
