Yes it has happened to me and continues to happen. I installed an Oil Catch can to prevent it from reaching the piping. Oil gets blown out from the MAS vacuum line into the induction pipe. This blows it to the turbo then down the LICP. The amount that gets blown out is quite small but too much for my taste. I also cleaned out the piping when I installed the catch can.

turbos don't have oil seals....
it's probably: too much oil pressure, positive crank case pressue, poor oil drain setup, CHRA is on an angle.
all those cause oil to blast out of the housings
