110 miles to a Full Tank!!
I don't get it is this normal i have had me Evo IX MR for liek a couple weeks put 300 miles on the odometer and had to fill 3 times full tank i talking i let the light come and i filled it. Is this something normal until the motor breaks even, i'm not ripping it, it only has 300 miles on it so i am driving my evo kinda easy, u know shifting around 3000 and not realy pushing the pedal- break in stuff. AC is on most of the time but 110 miles to a 12 gallon tank Wow. I see other people are getting like 17 to 20 mpg but i am getting like 9 whats going on.

I think I get like 5mpg the way I drive, but I dont care. One of my friends drives and S2000 and he talks about how he tracks and plots his gas mileage.... I tell him he's a homo to go drive his car harder.

I too get low mileage on a full tank of gas on my new IX. Ive put a lot of highway miles due to my dad going on vacation and me having to take him and pick him up from LAX. I filled up the tank of gas when I left for LAX, when I got home it had half a tank of gas. I live in Santa Ana aprox. 41mi from LAx so 82mi back and forth. So 164 to full tank. Most of the way I was driving in 5th gear at 3500-400rpm with little traffic in the morning.

i believe the gas tank is closer to 14 gallons so that's less than 10 mpg for you. that's hilarious. take it to the dealer. i get about 270-280 per tank.

I drive mostly city with the occasional 100mi roundtrip highway drive to the casino. The WORST I've gotten was 203mi to a full tank. The best was 244. And, I beat on it constantly.

that's definitely not normal. you should get at least 250 with city/highway driving. i get 290-300 on mostly highway
