I bought the car brand new with 6 miles on it. The first 2-3 are off production line. the next 2-3 are testing all 5-6 gears and reverse, if the car makes uncommon noises, drive to fill tank, etc.

I get... 1-3 mpg, nah, it seems like it though. I am always filling up. I have 54k, and I prolly filled up 54k times. I think I really get like 18 mpg.

You are right of course. When I read some of the above posts I had to do a double take... 6 miles, 28 miles...... That's a weird way to express mpg.. Oh wait, they went way off topic

I have gotten 25+ mpg on highway trips before. My combined mileage driving to work and around town (Atlanta) has been around 18 mpg, but lately it seems to have improved to 20~21 mpg after a front end alignment....

Do you drive it until you run out of gas?..... I refill mine about every 240 miles, That's when the low fuel light comes on, but that's not when the tank is empty. Usually it takes about 12 gallons to fill it from there.....
