Recently I got my all time high of 28.3 mpg. I drove 122 miles / 4.3 gallons filled.
It was mostly normal driving with a few WOT runs in 1st 2nd 3rd a bit into 4th gear.
40 miles of that tank was driven on the highway, cruising around 65 mph. City driving included shifting 1st to 2nd gear @ 15mph, 2nd to 3rd @ 25mph, 3rd to 4th @ 32 mph etc.. basically what the owners manual recommends.
Hope this helps.

18-19 mpg on City
22-25 mpg on Highways
19 mpg is about average for me! ...pretty much as advertise. I suppose if you take it easy; then you'll get better gas mileage. Q ?: I wonder what is the new Evo X, Mpg will be, with 300 hp!

Lately I've been getting 140 miles from full to the E light. I don't even push the car as much compared to the first few weeks after buying my car. I use to full throttle every single chance and would get 200+ but now I only get 140 with half street and half freeway driving trying to save gas after my TBE, fuel pump, licp and tune.
It really blows that I have to spend 50-80 bux a week on gas alone.

mine had 2.6 miles on it, he he, i picked the one with the lowest miles on it. I get about 25 highway and 20 in the city, about 250 miles a tank. I can live with that.

Everyone start tracking gas mileage on www.fueleconomy.gov
More Evos are needed!
The site has a lot of great info and comparisons.
I was informally keeping track by saving gas receipts and writing the miles on them, but I heard about this site and entered data from my receipts for the past six months.

To update after many months of driving, MPG's with the evo are very inconsistent. It goes up and down but mostly fluctuating around 20-22 mpg. I dont know why but every once in a while I get a spike of 27-28 mpg and thats not even highway mileage. I cant duplicate it, it just happens when ever it feels like it. But off course I always granny drive it with 2-0 wot pulls per tank.

4 miles were on mine when i picked it up from the factory.
I usually get anywhere from 15-20 mpg... last time I did a long distance trip I got 24-26 mpg with very few WOT and consistent 80mph the entire trip.
On the track I get about 8-10mpg
