How the hell some of you guys get the milage you say you are getting?
Or is it BS?
I call bs on some of the high 20 and low 30 mpg claims. Either that or they forgot their in their Prius and no their evo lol.

Say what you want, but it's possible. I've hit 30 once (30.4 mpg), 29 twice (29.2 and 29.1 mpg), 27 once (27.1 mpg), though those are obviously less common. But I've hit 26 three times and 25 six times, then lower than that is more common.

Well I'm one of those that gets alittle over 30+ mph.. mod list in sig.. I'm sure your asking how is that possible? Simple answer... its all in the tuning/not using the Fin A/C for ****/ and not burying the throttle all the time...now mind you.. I bury the throttle I bet I get Feet per gallon

That's basically it. I mentioned earlier three specific occasions of awesome gas mileage (once above 30 mpg, twice above 29 mpg), and in both of those cases, I was driving at 65-70 mph with the A/C off, luckily on a cooler day where it wasn't needed.

Oddly, the day I got my next best gas mileage of 27.1 mpg, I did have the A/C on half the time while driving at 75-80 mph from where I live in Orange County to a cousin's house in Chino, and back home. It was the night of the De La Hoya-Pacquiao boxing match... a good night topped off with pretty sweet gas mileage, haha.

I have gotten 29mpg avg only from freeway trips and light city driving. The majority of my gas tank is used on the highway. I only travel about 30miles in the city on one tank. On the highway I travel at 70mph with a few merging pulls.
