6 on mine. The second one they sold sat on the floor long enough for the dealership owner to come in and thrash the car. Thank goodness mine escaped that fate

Hay...guys....EVERY one of your cars have been driven by someone at the dealership, I work for a dealer that sell mitsubishi's....every car that comes to a dealer is not inspected (what ever your state inspections are), but none of them have it when they arrive from teh manufactuer..........A tech has to drive EVERY car that comes on the lot, that is going to get sold...does not matter if it's an EVO, or a crappy KIA, they all get driven.

What is wrong with my gas mileage?
I am a new EVO owner. I knew the gas mileage on this car isn't all that great giving the performance it does but it SUCKS! I drove maybe 80 miles today and my tank is almost down to half a tank. I just filled up before I drove today too.
Is this happening to you guys or is it just my car?

gas mileage
I have had my Evo since mid-March and i get around 200miles on a full tank of gas but I am heavy footed and the air has been on quite abit. You should be getting a little better as you get used to having the power. I know if your like me I would get on it all the time when I first got mine. Good luck and by the way after i got my K&n drop in filter for my Evo I did see a little better gas mileage

u knwo what i think its normal.. when i first got my car.. i average around 18mpg, thats about like 220miles per full tank.. driving the same exact way i did before, I am getting close to 21mpg.. i think the car just needs a little breaking in to do.. I know it doesn't make sense.. but hopefully it will.. btw i'mi getting about 280 per tank now
