What kind of MPG do you get at the track???
I went to Waterford Hills Raceway this past Wednesday for an open track day with some friends. I filled up that night with a full tank of 100 Unleaded (called CAM 2). I reset my odometer at the track and I got 107.6 miles on a FULL tank.
That comes out to 7.69 Miles per Gallon!!! I was kinda pissed because I ran out of gas with two hours left of track time. Next time I am gonna bring more GAS.
So the question is: WHAT MPG DO YOU GET AT THE TRACK?
As for the track experience, WOW, it was euphoric to say the least.

I've never been to the track in my Evo but I did a road course thing once and got about ~13 MPG. That would suck running out of gas on the track though.

That sounds about right. I managed to squeeze about 95miles out a full tank. I ran her so dry that sometimes I got fuel surge accelerating FORWARDS.
I'm trying to get rid of this bad habit, so usually nowadays after about 80miles on the odo it'll be less than the 1/4 mark and I'll head out for more gas.
