I dont think so because at WOT it will be open loop and the fuel system will send the same amount of fuel as it would for 20psi..

I went on a road trip last week. California to Arizonia then thru Utah I averaged 25 to 29 MPG! Kept it out of boost and actually drove the speed limit. I got 29 at high altitude on Conoco 91. I usually only average 22-24 MPG 80% HWY/20% CTY driving on the California Gas.
I pulled 31 MPG Twice going down hill!!!!!. I toped off the tank after 120 miles because I knew I was getting great mileage. I had only used 1/4 Tank.

I got 240 when it was new now it is up to 270 a tank with 38k in georgia,,,the worst was 220 including a day at the track .The evo and sti was almost marked as a gas guzzler if the companys wouldnt have trimed them back they would have been.That and the fear of total domination is why scooby put the 2.5 in the sti

I was going between 90-110 for about 140 miles.
