A quick question for all that bought the EVO? How much mileage was on your when you got it? I usually expect 10 or less ("quality control" drive by the dealer), but a dealer is telling me they drove them from a "drop-off" point and have like 30 miles.

so we have people talking about breaking in period.. when you guys have about 12 miles on ur car already.. just imagine how many visit to redline it had in its 12 miles of life.. It was probably the hardest 12 miles of its life.. I personally think every car is broken in already.. The hardcore style.. and not the baby way

I had 4 miles when I picked it up and I'm pretty sure all they did was drive it off the truck, into a backroom and then down a ramp to detail it. The first time I saw it still had all the plastic on it with wheel covers and everything. I'm kinda doubting they drove it down the street like that...

 

I had 41. But I found out it was the same one I saw at the local New Car Show and was on display. Yeah, I would have liked to be there for it's first baby steps, but heck it still smells new.
