Coolant line popping off coolant feed!!

Coolant line popping off coolant feed!!
I got a gt30setup and my coolant feed line keeps popping off the turbo and coolant goes everywhere.I pieced the yturbo kit myself So... I couldnt get the coolant lines but does nybody know the problem?

What type of fitting is on there? It has to be installed wrong, that is the only way it would pop off. Is it just a -4 AN line or something, or do you have a rubber hose?
