They have it here too. NASCAR uses it, as well as many other racing cars. "Wrapping" your car is what it is usually called here. Some people that race out at the track here have used it before, I think they said it was around 600 dollars. I dunno why companies haven't sprung up all over that will do it. Americans will repaint their car every 6 months, because we're stupid So now we need to find somewhere that does it, because... I want to repaint my car every 6 months!

They had that in the Taxi movie with Jimmy Fallon. The bank robbers had a 7 series, robbed the bank, pulled into the alley or something and removed the wrap. Nice way to temporarily change the color of your car.

When I was in recruiting we had one of our vans wrapped with some "Army of One" stuff. It's nothing new. It's been around since at least 2001.

James Bond has a car that can go invisible in that one movie. That must be real too

j/p There's also the stuff that washes off with the high power sprayer like in The Jackal (he paints his van white with the stuff) Though I think it is only good as a temporary color, not as permanent as wrapping.

kind of funny you posted this...there was a mini cooper at e-town the other day that had flat black done to it. and you could see at one of the corners it was one big huge sticker cause it was pealing.

i thought it was just all vynil or something...never got a chance to talk to the guy.
