well i posted an ad that I am looking for a clutch a while ago but nobody replied...

I found a few exedy clutches for around $450-500 and i found the same clutch kit for $411.06 on that site

http://www.jazzproparts.com/Exedy_OE...shi_lancer.htm

I am just looking for a descent stage 1 clutch since my evo will stay basically stock for a while anyways.

From what I know, the 4G63 and 4G94 clutches are not interchangeable. That site advertises that clutch as being for both. I'd be a little wary of ordering a clutch from them. There was a local here that bought a clutch from autozone for his 9(he's an idiot, but that's another story), needless to say it was for a 4G94 and did not fit the car.

Support the forum vendors/sponsors; especially since most of them price beat or match!

My personal favorite: www.maperformance.com

One of their threads: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=366720

More reviews (recent) here - all bad. Google is your friend.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! they are based in arlington tx, and i bought a b18c for my civic about a year ago.. they gave me a blown up motor, no clutch and a tranny with a bad diff.. when i went to replace it it took them 2 months, and they didnt even give me a replacement tranny. they gave us no money back for the severe inconvinence, would not give us our money back for a return etc etc.. we called the better business bureau and filed a claim. but we just decided to give up cause it took forever to get anything done

I've never heard from them either...I would definitely check out the vendors here on this site, as they're all very competitive in pricing, and their reps are already proven!
