Just want to know if I could trust them installing and dyno-tuning my car?

Make sure you go somewhere that has done plenty of evo's. Dont listen to people that havent actually gotten their car tuned there but say its a good shop. And the tuner is good blah blah. I know from experience that i will never again get my car tuned by a shop that hasnt done tons of evo's. I learned the hard way of spending 350 on a dyno tune, not liking it, and having to spend more on a street tune by someone else. i'm finally happy with my tune after a 2 1/2 hr drive to augusta today.
