I would put it up in the air and check for more damage, looks like it hit something pretty good in the front...might have a bent subframe or such. But that's a sad looking Evo, but expect to put some money into it.

Get the body structure checked out to see if it is torque from any unmentioned accidents; if its off, its not worth the hassle; i am stating this based on the front right bumper being cracked that bad.

That is one beat up evo, thats not even "fair" condition IMO. 10k, thats where I would start. A good paint job and bumper is around 3k, not to mention the other problems with it.
